HPS Performance 9/16-inch high-temperature reinforced black silicone caps are specifically designed for installation in cooling systems. Unlike vacuum caps which have no reinforcement, HPS Performance silicone caps are reinforced with 3 layers of polyester webbing, allowing them to withstand the high temperatures and pressures of cooling systems for many years. They are suitable for use with coolant, water, air, turbocharger bypass valve ports, vacuum ports, throttle body water ports, heater cores, and more. Temperature range: -65 degrees F to +350 degrees F (177 degrees C). Reinforcement layers: 3-layer polyester. Inner Diameter: 9/16 inch (14mm). Color: Black. Wall thickness: 4mm. 〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
All products in our database are based on North American vehicle specifications (USDM). Please confirm whether they can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All product descriptions are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please inquire about delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Essentially, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what was ordered if we are contacted within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
