Unlike standard vacuum caps that lack reinforcement, HPS Performance silicone caps are reinforced with 3-ply polyester webbing to withstand the high temperatures and pressures of cooling systems for years. ○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. Note that all items are transported by air freight. Shipping by sea is not available.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar certificates for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to packaging or products. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us."
