If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our homepage tabs, this does not guarantee they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Furthermore, all products are transported by air freight. They are never shipped by sea.
○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. We only offer returns, refunds, or replacement items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
