If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping cost estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
Basically, all the products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we are unable to provide strength study documents for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private land, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with delivery damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
