○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs will be paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international delivery takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, we provide warranty support "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
