Unlike vacuum caps, which lack reinforcement and are intended for use in vacuum and very low-pressure applications, HPS Performance silicone caps are reinforced with a 3-ply polyester webbing, allowing them to withstand the high temperatures and pressures of cooling systems for years to come. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping cost estimates are automatically calculated on the checkout page once you enter your delivery address. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic delivery within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the estimated delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for that system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if we are notified within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products that differ from your order. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, we will only handle warranty-related matters "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors based in Japan.
