Overview
Important Notes:
- ECU calibration is required (base maps for the FK8 Civic Type R available via HONDATA software)
- Turbocharger Maintenance Overview
- 100% drop-in, factory-location turbocharger upgrade for the 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R (retains factory heat shield)
- Features an integrated O2 sensor bung on the turbine housing for Accord, TLX, and RDX (no aftermarket downpipe required for installation)
- Accord, TLX, and RDX require the following parts:
Installation Notes:
Ensure that the included copper crush washers (both) are installed correctly (one on top and one on the bottom of the banjo fitting, sandwiched by the banjo bolt. The factory banjo bolt torque specification is 35 Nm or 25.86 ft/lbs.

Technical Notes:
The PRL Motorsports P700 Drop-In Turbocharger Upgrade is the fastest and quickest drop-in turbocharger for the Honda/Acura 2.0L Turbo platform, offering over 600 horsepower for Honda's 2.0L Turbo K20C engine without sacrificing spool. A billet 304 stainless steel, dual ceramic ball-bearing CHRA has been implemented to reduce weight and increase durability. The factory oil and coolant lines are retained, as are the factory bypass valve and wastegate actuator. Cooling capacity has been increased via larger water jackets in the CHRA.
Our high-efficiency compressor wheel is significantly larger than most billet compressor wheel upgrades and utilizes the latest aerodynamic technology (tapered tip exducer, cutback design on the blade tips) for optimal spool and power. Due to the larger compressor wheel diameter compared to our P600 turbocharger, shaft speed is significantly reduced. This high-efficiency turbine wheel also features the latest aerodynamic technology for optimal spool and power. A larger wastegate actuator bore also results in lower backpressure.

The P700 integrates an O2 sensor bung into the turbine housing for 2.0T Accord, TLX, and RDX customers, meaning they do not need to purchase an FK8 Civic Type R style downpipe to install it, unlike other drop-in turbocharger upgrades on the market.
Note: Moving the primary O2 sensor (between the exhaust housing and downpipe) will change how the sensor reports to the ECU due to exhaust pressure differences. It is crucial to maintain the factory location to ensure engine performance and safety.

Before Ordering
〇 About Import Taxes
At Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import taxes incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not a product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle; our support team will look into it for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by year, manufacturer, or model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean it will fit a Japanese model vehicle without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
〇 Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at checkout. Shipping cost estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check delivery times in advance. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
〇 Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
〇 Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself.
