〇 Regarding import consumption tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay any import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please confirm whether the item can be installed on a Japanese domestic vehicle (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model on the tabs of our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding compliance with Japanese vehicle inspections
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection regulations," and we cannot provide strength study reports or similar documents for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding warranties
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that for products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what you ordered, we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related matters "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies based in Japan.
