○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. ○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not designed to comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. ○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there is a possibility that the packing boxes or products may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
