If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not designed to comply with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar certification for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through our company."
