The Mercedes GLC63 intake system is the culmination of extensive development and testing. The design brief consisted of three main objectives: 1) Increase flow rate. 2) Reduce intake air temperature. 3) Smooth airflow. The first objective was achieved by utilizing all available space within the GLC63S engine bay, resulting in a 35% higher flow rate than the stock system. The second objective was achieved by designing a fully sealed system. The GLC63S engine bay gets very hot due to heat sources such as the turbos near the intake, so keeping the intake sealed is essential. The final objective was achieved by designing an organically shaped system with a bespoke round panel filter. This ensures there are no sharp angles in the airflow path, allowing for laminar flow to be maintained. With a smooth transition from the filter to the turbo inlet, our intake system minimizes turbulence and allows the turbos to operate efficiently.
Having achieved all three objectives, our GLC63 intake system performs exceptionally well in every aspect and improves turbo boost efficiency. This results in improved throttle response and increased power as tuning levels rise. As there are various turbo upgrades available for the GLC63S, we also offer a special solution for larger turbos. The intake for the GLC63S is available in two configurations: a 61mm ID outlet for stock turbos and a 76.5mm ID outlet for larger turbos.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost for large items such as body parts. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery date. All products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compliance
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be damage to the shipping box or the product during transit.
