Crafted from 100% pre-preg carbon fiber, this masterpiece serves as a seamless replacement for the standard plastic lid, amplifying the acoustic characteristics of the BMW S62 V8 engine. While it does not increase performance, it dramatically enhances the auditory thrill of driving your M5/Z8, bringing a new dimension to the driving experience. The resulting sound profile boasts a deep, resonant tone at low RPMs that rises in pitch as you accelerate. At high RPMs, this lid gives the E39 M5 a CSL-like sound, creating a truly euphoric experience. By using different thicknesses of carbon to fine-tune the sound, the resulting plenum provides a significant increase in volume and produces a more melodious intake note.
This plenum can be used with the stock airbox or an aftermarket intake system. Our exclusive additional intake system for the E39 M5 delivers genuine performance gains.
Before ordering, please check whether your plenum lid is made of aluminum or plastic. If you have an aluminum lid, additional parts may be required for installation.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Please note that all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system.
