〇 Regarding Import Duties and Taxes
At Shaft-Ya Shopping Site, we pay the import duties and taxes incurred upon entry on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Fitment
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not the products are compatible with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you order without verifying fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily guarantee a direct fit on Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.
All product descriptions have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; we do not ship by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Essentially, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation sheets for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "track, private property, or off-road use only," and you are responsible for their installation and use.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the packaging or the product during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
