ECUMaster is pleased to announce the EMU Classic, a new and improved version of its popular EMU engine control unit. ECUMaster's goal is to provide the best possible product at an affordable price.
The new EMU Classic is a testament to their dedication to that goal. They have improved the EMU's design based on customer feedback while keeping the price at a comparable level.
Key improvements include: improved ignition outputs capable of running multiple active coils on a single output, an independent 5V output regulator for external sensors, highly protected H-bridges (stepper outputs), a galvanically isolated USB port, and a compact, CNC-machined, black anodized enclosure (147x62x30 mm vs. 155x120x45 mm). Both the EMU and EMU CLASSIC use the same firmware and software package.
The EMU Classic is designed to run the most advanced and complex engines available today. The EMU CLASSIC controls fueling, ignition, and auxiliary systems on 1 to 12-cylinder engines, including engines with drive-by-wire throttles and VVT.
Common applications for the ECUMaster EMU CLASSIC include modified sports cars, racing engines, motorcycles, boats, and stationary engines.

〇Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Checking Compatibility
Since all product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not it can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean that they are compatible with Japanese models without modification.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping fee and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check the delivery date in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air. No items are shipped by sea.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system" at all, and we cannot issue strength test documents or the like for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," so please install and use them at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what you ordered. Please note that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be provided "only through our company." Please be aware that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
