2008-2014 Subaru WRX 1-Piece Carbon Fiber Driveshaft by The Driveshaft Shop
The 1-piece driveshaft for the Subaru WRX is a complete 2.370-inch carbon fiber shaft that weighs approximately half as much as the factory 2-piece driveshaft. The one-piece carbon shaft features larger, replaceable U-joints and is rated for approximately 850 WHP and 180 MPH.
We had the tubes custom-wound with high-modulus fiber to ensure strength while keeping the diameter small enough to clear everything under the car. All factory shields, plates, and covers can be used without any modifications to the vehicle. The ends are made of 6061-T6 aluminum, and the shaft weighs just 12.2 pounds. This not only improves the car's responsiveness, but also makes a noticeable difference in noise levels inside the vehicle.
Removing the factory 2-piece shaft and installing the single shaft improves the car's responsiveness during acceleration because the shaft is lighter and the hanger bearing no longer moves up and down.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Essentially, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength analysis reports or similar documentation for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packing boxes or products. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
