Product Description

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Checking Fitment
As all product data is primarily based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether the listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct fit without modification for Japanese model vehicles.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us with any questions before placing your order.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping costs are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or the product due to shipping. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items received. Furthermore, regarding products sold through our company, we will provide warranty support "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other third-party companies or distributors located within Japan.
