〇Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Verification of Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American specification vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will look into it for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are filtered by selecting the year, make, and model on our homepage tabs, this does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check the delivery date in advance. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the purpose of the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items, we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, we will handle warranty-related issues "only through our company." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
