At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM vehicles), so please confirm whether they can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM vehicles) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will check it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please place your order with sufficient time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not adapted to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or products caused by shipping. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
