If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air. Shipping by sea is not available.
○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
The products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength study reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and any installation and use is at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
