○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight; they are never shipped via sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength studies for the purpose of this inspection. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, and off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that packaging or products may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
