This Cobb Tuning radiator shroud not only dresses up the Gen2 Raptor engine bay, but also improves performance by reducing intake pressure drop pre-filter. This is achieved by allowing more air to flow through the cutouts into the snorkel when the hood is closed.
This radiator shroud is made of 5052-H32 aluminum, features a powder-coated wrinkle black finish, and includes a laser-etched Cobb Tuning logo.

If an order is placed without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese models without modifications.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. All products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items, we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, please note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related issues must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
