Cobb Tuning EVO10 Intercooler Hard Pipe Kit
The Cobb Tuning EVO X Hard Pipe Kit consists of one-piece pipes made from mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for both the cold and hot sides of the intercooler. This design eliminates welds in the piping from the turbo outlet to the intercooler inlet, and from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body, while also removing unsightly mid-pipe silicone hose couplings that could obstruct flow or blow off under boost.
The diameter of both hot and cold pipes has been increased from the factory 2.375 inches to 2.5 inches (63.5mm) for further improved flow. The bypass valve draws from the cold side of the intercooler using its own dedicated hard pipe, maintaining the factory position and orientation. Maintaining this connection from the cold side ensures that cool air is returned to the intake system when the valve is in bypass mode, preventing overheating of the post-turbo air charge. The bypass valve is positioned using a unique Cobb Tuning logo bridge that connects the bypass valve hard pipe to the hot side hard pipe. The Cobb Tuning EVO X Hard Pipe Kit is one of the few kits that fits not only the factory front engine cover but also the factory airbox (or the optional Cobb Tuning SF Intake).
This kit includes high-quality Cobb Tuning silicone hose couplings and durable T-bolt hose clamps, eliminating the embarrassing hose blow-offs that can occur when getting the most out of your EVO X.

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please confirm whether the product can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please place your order with sufficient time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
In principle, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
