2016-2018 Focus RS Intercooler (by Cobb Tuning)
The Cobb Tuning front mount intercooler for the Focus RS is the easiest way to significantly increase power when combined with tuning from a V3 Accessport. The much larger 26" x 8.6" x 5" core offers a massive increase in volume compared to the stock unit, while providing up to a 25% increase in efficiency with only about a 0.3-0.5 psi pressure drop, despite the substantial size increase.
A unique feature is the custom-designed fin inside the "hot side" end tank, which helps distribute incoming air evenly across the core. Installation is easy with no bumper trimming required, and the rugged 4-ply black silicone couplers and worm clamps ensure a leak-free connection to the factory charge pipes.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or the product due to shipping. Please understand that we only accept returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or items different from what you ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
