- COBB Tuning Products, LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that this COBB component shall have a limited warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during importation on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please confirm whether or not the item can be installed on a Japanese domestic model (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model on our top page tabs, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. For shipping estimates, the cost will be calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand this policy. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, we will handle all warranty-related matters "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or agents located within Japan.
