The Cobb Tuning 3-Port Boost Control Solenoid (BCS) is an excellent upgrade for modern turbocharged vehicles, allowing for precise boost control in a clean package that is easy to install and tune. Our BCS eliminates the boost fluctuations inherent in factory boost control systems, providing stable, repeatable boost control based on your vehicle's tune. This stable boost control can be maintained at factory boost levels as well as at the extremely high boost levels associated with high-output builds.
The Cobb Tuning 3-Port BCS features 1/8" low-profile barb fittings to keep the unit compact, and is nickel-plated for corrosion resistance. Optional 1/4" nickel-plated fittings are also available for purchase separately. Viton spools and seals are used throughout for long service life and are lubricated with Dow Corning silicone grease. The manual button is sealed with an O-ring, the wiring harness is sealed to the casing using a waterproof grommet, and the solenoid wires are ultrasonically welded to the coil, making the unit waterproof and safe to wash. The BCS is rated to operate at up to 120 psi.
Cobb Tuning has made installation of the 3-Port BCS as easy as possible. It mounts in the factory location and plugs directly into the factory wiring harness, making the physical installation and electrical connection as straightforward as possible. The BCS comes with a custom aluminum mounting bracket, stainless steel hardware, boost lines to complete all connections, and zip ties to neatly route the boost lines in the engine bay. Installation instructions are provided, are easy to follow, and include wiring instructions for both internal and external wastegate configurations.

If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all items are shipped by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Generally, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
