Chase Bays Tucked Aluminum Radiator for 1992-2002 Mazda RX-7 FD
The Chase Bays Tucked Radiator for the Mazda RX7 FD3S is designed for users who want to clear up space in crowded or engine-swapped engine bays, improve aesthetics, and increase cooling power. It offers more fluid capacity, more direct airflow, and a dual-pass design than most aftermarket radiators. We reduced the space by 8 inches, but increased the width and thickness to compensate. This radiator has been rigorously track/drift tested for nearly a decade and is featured in engine bays that have won numerous shows.
Chase Bays designed this all-aluminum radiator to fill every bit of space under the core support while allowing for a 16-inch electric fan. The front core support requires minor trimming. These are integrated; they feature capabilities that other competitors do not offer, from fan sizing to modularity.
This radiator will not work with factory hose configurations, so custom hoses must be used. Additionally, this radiator sits lower than the original stock orientation. Because of this, a new fill point is required. Chase Bays offers multiple hoses, clamps, and filler necks that allow you to meet your engine bay needs as required.
Optional Fan: Chase Bays 16" Ultra HD Fan, rated at 2,200 CFM. It is important that the fan is on its own relay with properly sized wiring. The fill point is the highest point in the system. Purchasing a dual fan relay harness with a 180°F thermo-switch simplifies wiring. The fan must be mounted using proper hardware. Mounting a fan to this radiator using zip ties will immediately void the warranty.
Please note: This radiator requires light trimming of the front core support. A Chase Bays Raised Modular Filler Neck is required.

If you order without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate of shipping costs is automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Furthermore, all products are transported by air freight. They will not be shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They do not comply with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation sheets or similar documentation for such standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. For products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what you ordered, we will provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
