Chase Bays Universal Fitment Raised Inline Filler Neck
A major issue with some engines (especially engine swaps) is that they are difficult to bleed. The radiator fill point ends up lower than the coolant passages in the cylinder head or heater core. This creates unpurgeable air pockets that keep building up as the system cycles. Even with a coolant bleed kit, the cap and overflow point are located below the coolant passages. This results in more fluid overflowing from the cap per second once the cap's pressure level is exceeded. Overall, this is a problem enthusiasts have been dealing with for decades.
The Chase Bays Filler Neck raises the fill point by 3.75 inches / 95.25 mm from the center of the bottom fitting to the termination of the cap seal (not the very top). The total height from bottom to top is 5.25 inches / 133.35 mm. Install by welding one of the adapters directly to your upper water neck; see the photo example below. You can also butt the filler neck to your water neck and connect the two using a short piece of hose. This method requires up to 3 inches / 76.2 mm of extra space, but space is not an issue in some scenarios.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide documents such as strength calculation sheets for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, the packaging or the product itself may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will only handle warranty-related issues "through us." Please note that we do not handle requests through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
