Chase Bays High-Pressure Power Steering Hoses are designed to eliminate leaks common with OEM pressure hoses through improved aesthetics, enhanced durability, and a stealthy design. They are also the perfect solution for engine swaps that require a custom high-pressure hose. This is a 100% upgraded A.N. replacement for your factory hose and fittings. All hoses and hose ends are from BMRS (Brown & Miller Racing Solutions), the world’s best hose and hose-end manufacturer, utilizing the same components found in NASCAR and IndyCar. Every fitting adapter is designed and manufactured by Chase Bays to be chassis-specific for a completely leak-free installation.
The high-pressure line from the rack to the pump features -6AN stainless steel construction with a Teflon PTFE liner and a black Hytrel coating. This coating is crucial, as it prevents the hose from chafing against metal or other hoses. It comes complete with high-end black billet aluminum fittings featuring proper O-rings or crush seals, as well as metric-to-AN adapters to convert your rack and pump to AN.
Every hose is individually pressure-tested to 3,500 psi before leaving our facility. High-pressure power steering systems do not exceed 2,000 psi during operation.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with Japanese vehicle inspection standards ("Shaken"), and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Consequently, all parts are sold for use on circuits, private property, or off-road use only; installation and usage are at the customer's own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally, there may occasionally be damage to the shipping box or the product itself. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items only if reported within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled exclusively through our company.
