Crankshaft 86.4mm Stroke 4340 Billet, Fully Balanced by Brian Crower
BC high-performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders, ensuring accuracy and tolerances within 0.02 mm. All BC camshaft profiles are prototyped and dyno-tested to prove horsepower results before being released for mass production. By grinding cores in high volume, Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass cost savings on to the end user, providing quality at an affordable price. All BC cams are checked with sub-micron precision high-speed measurement gauges. The Adcole camshaft measurement system uses individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, capturing one data point every 1/10th of a degree—3,600 data points per revolution—with a resolution of 0.01 microns. This model, which measures camshafts for profile errors and chatter marks, can measure 200 parts per hour.
