Brian Crower 5.394" I-Beam Connecting Rods with ARP625+ Fasteners
BC high-performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders to ensure accuracy and tolerances within 0.02 mm. All BC camshaft profiles are prototyped and dyno-tested to prove horsepower results before being put into mass production. By grinding high volumes of cores, Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass cost savings on to the end user, providing quality at an affordable price. All BC cams are checked with high-speed measuring gauges to sub-micron precision. The Adcole camshaft measuring system uses individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, capturing 3,600 data points per revolution (one data point every 1/10th of a degree) with 0.01-micron resolution. This model, which measures camshafts for lift errors and chatter marks, is capable of measuring 200 parts per hour.
