Brian Crower 39mm Intake Valves
BC high-performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders, ensuring accuracy and tolerances within 0.02 mm. Every BC camshaft profile is prototyped and dyno-tested to prove horsepower results before being released for mass production. By grinding cores in high volume, Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass the cost savings on to the end user, providing quality at an affordable price. All BC cams are checked with high-speed measuring gauges with sub-micron precision. The Adcole camshaft measuring system uses individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, providing a resolution of 0.01 microns and taking one data point every 1/10 of a degree, or 3,600 data points per revolution. This model, which measures camshafts for profile error and chatter marks, can measure 200 parts per hour.
