35.15mm Intake Valves - Brian Crower Single
BC high-performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders to ensure accuracy and tolerances within 0.02 mm. All BC camshaft profiles are prototyped and dyno-tested to prove horsepower gains before they are put into mass production. By grinding cores in high volume, Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass the cost savings on to the end user. Quality at an affordable price. All BC cams are checked with sub-micron precision high-speed measuring gauges. The Adcole camshaft measuring system uses individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, taking one data point every 1/10 of a degree—3,600 data points per revolution—at 0.01-micron resolution. This model, which measures camshafts for lift error and chatter mark detection, is capable of measuring 200 parts per hour.
