We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming fitment.
Please note that even if you sort for products by selecting the year, make, and model on our top page, it does not guarantee that the product will fit Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check delivery times. All items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that these products do not necessarily comply with "Japanese Shaken" standards, and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at the customer's own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. As all products are shipped internationally, packaging or the product itself may occasionally sustain shipping damage. If you discover shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items, we will provide returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support is handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other domestic Japanese companies or agencies for warranty claims.
