Dry carbon is the highest quality carbon fiber product available. The name "dry carbon fiber" comes from its manufacturing process. Dry carbon fiber is molded using "pre-preg" or impregnated carbon material pieces. These pieces are first placed in a mold and then properly cured in a sealed vacuum environment (autoclave). This method minimizes impurities and results in carbon that is lighter than that produced by the "wet" method. Because autoclave vacuuming is used in the production of dry carbon, there are fewer pinholes and almost no air bubbles in the carbon.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar for this purpose.
