The name "dry carbon fiber" is derived from its manufacturing process. Dry carbon fiber is formed using "pre-preg" or impregnated carbon material. This carbon material is first placed into a mold and then properly cured in a sealed vacuum chamber (autoclave). This method minimizes impurities and results in carbon that is lighter than that produced by the "wet" method. The autoclave vacuum process used to manufacture dry carbon reduces pinholes and virtually eliminates air bubbles within the carbon. Dry carbon is the highest quality material among all carbon fiber products produced.

In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All items are shipped via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength inspection reports or similar documentation for this purpose.
