In the early 1970s, racing enthusiast Gary Holzapfel realized that many of his friends' engine failures were caused by fastener breakage. At that time, there were no commercially available studs or bolts that could meet this challenge. So, utilizing his years of experience manufacturing fasteners for a major aerospace subcontractor, Mr. Holzapfel founded ARP (Automotive Racing Products). In the years that followed, the company grew from what was literally a backyard garage workshop into a highly diversified manufacturer with seven entities in Southern California, totaling over 200,000 square feet of space. These include forging, heat-treating, machining, quality control finishing, and packaging/warehousing facilities in Santa Paula and Ventura, California.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. A shipping cost estimate will be calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we carry are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon receiving your product. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packaging box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for products with delivery damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will provide warranty support "only through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
