In the early 1970s, racing enthusiast Gary Holzapfel noticed that many of his friends' engine failures were caused by broken fasteners. At the time, there were no commercial studs or bolts capable of handling this challenge. So, utilizing his years of experience manufacturing fasteners for a major aerospace subcontractor, Mr. Holzapfel founded ARP (Automotive Racing Products). In the years that followed, the company grew from what was literally a backyard garage operation into a highly diversified manufacturer with seven entities in Southern California, totaling over 200,000 square feet. These include forging, heat treating, machining, quality control finishing, and packaging/warehousing facilities in Santa Paula and Ventura, California.

○ About Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping amount and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ About Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ About Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered, if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, we only provide support regarding warranties "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
