It is said that to succeed, you must identify a need and meet it. In the early 1970s, racing enthusiast Gary Holzapfel noticed that many of his friends' blown engines were caused by fastener failure. At the time, there were no commercial studs or bolts available to meet this challenge. So, leveraging his many years of experience manufacturing fasteners for a major aerospace subcontractor, Holzapfel founded ARP (Automotive Racing Products). Over the years that followed, the company grew from what was literally a backyard garage operation into a highly diversified manufacturer with seven entities in Southern California, occupying a total of over 200,000 square feet. These include forging, heat treating, machining, quality control finishing, and packaging/warehousing facilities in Santa Paula and Ventura, California.

〇Confirming Fitment
All of our product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the parts can be installed on Japanese market (JDM) vehicles before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to check for you.)
If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market models without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automatic calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are shipped via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide structural strength documentation or similar paperwork for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit use, private land use, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging and products may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or distributors located within Japan.
