They provide a comfortable ride for city driving while offering powerful end-zone damping for superior chassis control and handling off-road. Damping performance is fully adjustable for both rebound and compression, allowing you to significantly transform your vehicle's ride and custom-tune it to suit specific conditions or vehicle setups. The cylinders, reservoirs, and components are manufactured from 6061 T6 aluminum and feature a Type 3 40-micron hard-anodized finish for superior heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, and protection against stone chips. Not only are they designed, developed, and tested by ARB’s Old Man Emu ride engineering team, but all BP-51 shock absorbers are manufactured in-house by ARB.
