Thoroughly tested and developed under Australia's harsh conditions, these large-bore, position-sensitive bypass shock absorbers feature remote reservoirs and are designed for bolt-on installation without vehicle modifications. They provide both a comfortable ride on city streets and powerful end-zone damping for exceptional chassis control and handling off-road. Damping performance is easily adjustable for both rebound and compression, allowing for significant changes in ride characteristics and custom tuning to suit different conditions and vehicle setups. The body, reservoir, and components are all crafted from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished with a Type 3 40-micron hard-anodized coating for superior heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, and protection against rock damage. This product is fully designed, developed, and tested by ARB's Old Man Emu ride engineering team, and all BP-51 shock absorbers are manufactured in-house by ARB.
