Adding, removing, or repositioning accessories and roof loads is also quick and easy thanks to the BASE Rack's dovetail system, which allows individual items to be attached or detached without disturbing the rest of the load. Furthermore, unlike traditional roof rack channels, the BASE Rack's dovetail extrusion does not accumulate dust or debris. Each BASE Rack accessory and mount, including large hardware such as Hi-Lift(TM) jack mounts, rollers, recovery boards, and even the dedicated BASE Rack light bar, attaches to the rack via simple clamp mounts.
