ARB Intensity V2 32 LED Spot

The ARB Intensity V2 incorporates the latest optical and LED technology with subtle styling refinements. The ARB Intensity light has been reborn. The Intensity V2 utilizes the same optimal chassis design as the previous generation while incorporating the latest LED technology: OSRAM GIANTS. The Intensity spotlight configuration uses advanced optics with the latest Hyperspot(TM) technology. The Intensity floodlight configuration further improves light spread on the road. The combination of spot and flood provides long-distance visibility as well as wide lateral visibility. Hyperspot(TM) is an improved optical technology that concentrates and intensifies light output. It also directs the light from the OSRAM GIANTS LEDs onto the road while maintaining clarity and controlling the beam pattern. The large LED chips of the OSRAM GIANTS provide a massive light output. One of the advantages of OSRAM GIANTS is the amount of power that can be input into the LEDs. Power has increased to 165W per light for the AR32 model and 105W for the AR21 model. This enables the AR32 to achieve 20,000 raw lumens and the AR21 to achieve 13,170 lumens. To accommodate the power consumption of the new V2 driving lights, new wiring was required, and ARB has designed a harness with high-current wiring and components capable of handling up to 40 amps. Intelligent thermal management of the LEDs and printed circuit boards is a key design element of the Intensity light. To maximize cooling, the die-cast aluminum body acts as a heat sink, rapidly dissipating heat from the LEDs. The clean, crisp light with adjusted color temperature reduces eye fatigue and strain during long-distance drives, while providing illumination over significant distances. Continuing the tradition of no compromises, with high-quality electronic components and LEDs, top-tier active thermal management, and optimized lenses and optical layout, the ARB Intensity V2 driving lights continue to set the industry standard for vehicle lighting.
