Introducing the ARB Intensity V2. The ARB Intensity light has been reborn, featuring the latest optics and LED technology with subtle styling refinements. The Intensity V2 utilizes the same optimal chassis design as its predecessor, now equipped with the latest LED technology: OSRAM GIANTS. The Intensity spotlight configuration employs advanced optics with the latest Hyperspot™ technology, while the Intensity floodlight configuration has been improved to illuminate the road even more broadly. The combination of spot and flood provides both long-range visibility and wide peripheral vision. Hyperspot™ is a sophisticated optic that gathers and intensifies light output, directing the light from the OSRAM GIANTS LEDs onto the road while maintaining clarity and controlling the beam pattern. The large LED chips of the OSRAM GIANTS provide substantial light output. One of the advantages of the OSRAM GIANTS is their ability to handle higher power input, which has been increased to 165W for the AR32 and 105W for the AR21. This allows the AR32 to achieve a raw light output of 20,000 lumens and the AR21 to reach 13,170 lumens. To accommodate the power consumption of the V2 models, a new wiring harness has been adopted, with ARB designing a harness featuring high-current wiring and components capable of handling up to 40 amps. Intelligent thermal management of the LEDs and PCB board is a critical element of the Intensity light design. To maximize cooling, the die-cast aluminum body acts as a heat sink, rapidly dissipating heat from the LEDs. By optimizing the color temperature of the LEDs to produce clean, crisp light, eye fatigue and strain during long-distance driving are reduced while achieving significant illumination distance. Inheriting a tradition of zero compromise, with superior-grade electronic components and LEDs, state-of-the-art active thermal management, and optimized lens and optic configurations, the ARB Intensity V2 driving lights continue to lead the industry standard in vehicle lighting.
