Based on the proven internal frame of ARB’s Classic Style Roof Rack, a dedicated base rack mount kit has been developed for the Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited equipped with a factory-installed hardtop. The internal brackets are carried over from the previous model, while new blade brackets specific to the Base Rack have been designed to fit the 61 x 51 PN 1770020 Base Rack. The Base Rack takes accessory and cargo loading to new heights of simplicity, speed, and personalization. You can select the size, accessories, and mounting options to create your own custom setup. By incorporating dovetail extrusions around the entire inner beam and each edge, the Base Rack enables endless mounting and attachment options. Adding, removing, or repositioning accessories and roof cargo is quick and easy with the Base Rack's dovetail system, allowing individual items to be attached or detached without disturbing the entire load. Furthermore, unlike traditional roof rack channels, the Base Rack's dovetail extrusions are resistant to the buildup of dust and debris. Every Base Rack accessory and piece of equipment, including larger hardware such as Hi-Lift(TM) jack mounts, rollers, recovery boards, and even dedicated Base Rack light bars, attaches to the rack with a simple clamp mount.
