At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import duties incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not these products can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to non-compatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on the tabs of our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.

〇 Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping costs are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check the delivery time in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
〇 Regarding Japanese Road Legal Compliance (Shaken)
The products we handle are all essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Road Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents of your package as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of damage to the packaging box or the product during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
