〇Checking Compatibility
As our product database is primarily based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm the compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model from the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct fit on Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength analysis reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the shipping box or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." Please note that we do not coordinate through other companies or agencies located in Japan.
