The new cast aluminum end tanks significantly improve durability and fluid dynamics. Designed using Solidworks 3D CAD software and cast from A356 T6 aluminum alloy, these end tanks offer superior flow over sheet metal designs and include gusset brackets to prevent cracking. This is the uncompromising quality you expect from AMS. Each Evo X intercooler uses a top-quality Garrett© core, is TIG-welded by hand using precision jigs, and undergoes a 50psi pressure test to ensure maximum performance.
After testing numerous intercooler cores, we chose the bar-and-plate design for its superior performance. Measuring 12.4 inches high, 20 inches wide (32 inches including end tanks and brackets), and 3.5 inches thick, it boasts a flow capacity of 1250 cfm. This is the same highly durable core used in our record-setting time attack Evo, which has proven itself at up to 780 whp. It fits the stock mounting points and retains the factory crash beam, requiring no cutting or trimming, and can be returned to stock at any time. Furthermore, like the factory unit, the inlet is angled to ensure a perfect fit with the piping.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on tracks, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.

Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may occasionally sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
