Alpha Performance Nissan R35 GT-R Big Bore CNC Machined Throttle Bodies
At power levels exceeding 800 horsepower, the factory throttle bodies become a bottleneck, restricting performance. This effect becomes more pronounced as power increases, directly impacting acceleration. This product significantly expands the diameter from the factory 60mm to 73.5mm, increasing the cross-sectional area by approximately 50%. This provides overwhelming performance benefits, particularly in high-power applications of 1000+ horsepower.
These industry-leading throttle bodies are designed to perfectly match the Alpha Performance carbon fiber intake manifold for the R35 GT-R, custom-engineered by our team. The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum body features a large 73.5mm bore capable of supporting over 2000 horsepower, while the low-profile throttle shaft design significantly reduces air intake resistance.
Alpha's Big Bore Throttle Bodies are fully compatible with the factory Nissan electronic throttle components. They can be easily installed by simply swapping the internal parts.

- To ensure smooth drivability, we strongly recommend using Alpha Big Bore Throttle Bodies in conjunction with specialized engine management (standalone ECU / ECU tuning).
- The factory electronic throttle components are not included and must be transferred.
- You can select your preferred flange from the menu: 3-inch AMS QuickClamp™, 3-inch Vibrant HD clamp, or 3-inch standard flange.

We cannot accept returns for incompatibility if orders are placed without prior confirmation of fitment.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you via email separately.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, please allow 7 to 14 days for international delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the lead time. All items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar certifications. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit use, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the packaging or the product during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that all warranty claims for products sold through us must be handled "directly through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
