If you are an enthusiast who relies heavily on boost, nitrous, or high RPMs, you are likely familiar with the trade-offs involved when switching between inductive coils and Capacitive Discharge Ignition (CDI) systems. While inductive coils offer a long spark duration, they often fail to deliver sufficient energy to ignite the combustion chambers of modified high-performance engines. CDI systems, on the other hand, provide powerful energy but have a short spark duration, making combustion chamber mixture management critical for optimal performance. AEM’s High-Output "IGN" inductive coils put an end to this trade-off. They are the first products to provide spark energy and voltage comparable to a CDI while maintaining the long spark duration required for vehicles using turbochargers or nitrous, all within an inductive coil design.

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaft-ya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Compatibility Check
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicle specifications (USDM); please verify compatibility with Japanese domestic models (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese-model vehicles without modifications.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare instances where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the estimated delivery time. Note that all products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Essentially, all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on tracks, private property, or off-public roads," and installation and usage are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
