AEM 99-06 Chevrolet/GMC 5.3/6.0L Silver Brute Force Intake

The AEM 21-681C Performance Cold Air Intake System increases horsepower and torque by replacing your vehicle’s restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. This air intake system is designed for specific Audi A4 models and has been tuned and chassis-dyno tested. Air is drawn into the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter that provides superior airflow, filtration, and performance. The air filter is placed in the space of the factory air box and is protected by a heat shield designed to reduce intake air temperature and increase horsepower. The intake tube is constructed of mandrel-bent aluminum with a durable gunmetal gray powder-coated finish. This air intake system was developed to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices, including the mass air flow sensor. The cylindrical AEM Dryflow air filter is made of oil-free synthetic filter media and can be used for up to 100,000 miles (approx. 160,000 km) before cleaning is required, depending on driving conditions. The air intake system is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emissions standards, while others are 50-state legal. At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Compatibility Verification
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are filtered by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model in the tabs on our top page, it does not guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All product descriptions are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not adapted to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system" in any way, and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese Shaken system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that packaging boxes or products may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
